Agile Project Management

Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) is based on the DSDM Atern methodology - implementation of projects in accordance with the Agile approach in organizations that require standards, precision and transparency of project management processes. It ensures the speed of introducing changes and independence resulting from the adoption of the Agile philosophy.


Scrum

Scrum - iterative and incremental project management methodology, classified as Agile methodologies. Product development is broken down into smaller iterations called sprints that follow one another. After each sprint, the product development team is able to deliver a working version of the product.

Kanban

Kanban - a production control method developed in the 1950s in Japan. It consists in organizing the production process so that the organizational cell produces exactly as much as is needed at the moment. Inventory control is identified as a critical factor in material management in this method.

PRINCE2 - product-based project management methodology. Used to manage and control projects in various industries and of all sizes. The name is an abbreviation of the words: Projects In Controlled Environments.
